Rough Tape isn’t such rough in comparison to other Kerberos’s works; however, it is the best Kerberos’s album. With no doubt I admit that it’s true raw black metal (other Kerberos’s albums are really difficult to listen because they are even much more raw!).  Anyways, experienced listener should be able to catch the whole message without big problems. Songs are short, fast, and very simple. Vocals, generally speaking, are black metal standard and they don’t present anything above. Riffs are also very simple, they create the war - like atmosphere. The rest is just brutality and pain for ears. Overall this stuff is nothing new and nothing above standards but 3 things forced me to write this review: track 1,2,3. Cruelty, evilness, brutality, and blasphemy – it’s a perfect description of them. First 3 tracks are surprisingly original, involving interesting and  rhythmic riffs. Drums are also simple, they keep almost the same tempo all the time, but it irritates only after the end of the 3rd song. As I said, focus especially on “Die in Pain” – no.2, and afterwards you will pray to satan for more stuff like that.

First three tracks don’t recompense the rest, so that’s why this judgement is so low – rated.
